5. Shadow Data & Dormant Intelligence

One Touch collects anonymized business pattern data from the date your salon listing is created, even before you claim your account. This data includes booking patterns, market trends, and regional pricing data. When you claim your account, this accumulated data becomes available to power our AI features.

This data is collected at the business level, not the individual level, and is used solely to improve the AI recommendations provided to your business.

6. Sharing Your Information

We do not sell your personal information. We may share your information with:

• Service providers: Twilio (SMS), Stripe (payments), Firebase/Google (infrastructure)
• Business partners: Only with your explicit consent
• Legal requirements: When required by law or to protect our rights

7. Data Security

We implement industry-standard security measures including AES-256 encryption for sensitive data, secure HTTPS connections, and Firebase security rules to protect your information. However, no method of transmission over the internet is 100% secure.
