These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of the One Touch platform operated by One Touch Inc. ("Company," "we," "us," or "our"). By creating an account or using our Service, you agree to these Terms in full.

To use One Touch, you must claim your salon listing by verifying ownership through either an activation code (from our postcard) or your state cosmetology license number.
The Free plan is provided at no cost and includes basic listing, booking, and gallery features. One Touch reserves the right to modify or discontinue free features with reasonable notice. The Free plan does not include AI pricing, Shadow CRM, or multi-location features.
The Gold plan is available at $299/month billed monthly. By subscribing:
By providing your phone number, you consent to receive SMS messages from One Touch including appointment confirmations, booking reminders, and account alerts. Standard message and data rates apply. You may opt out at any time by replying STOP.
As a salon owner using One Touch, you agree to obtain proper consent from your clients before sending them SMS notifications through our platform.
You retain ownership of content you upload (photos, descriptions, service information). By uploading content, you grant One Touch a non-exclusive license to display and use that content to provide the Service. You represent that you have the right to upload all content and that it does not infringe any third-party rights.
One Touch uses AI to provide pricing recommendations and business insights. These recommendations are suggestions only — you are solely responsible for the pricing and business decisions you make. One Touch does not guarantee any specific revenue outcomes from using AI features.
You may not use One Touch to:
To the maximum extent permitted by law, One Touch shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 3 months preceding the claim.
Either party may terminate this agreement at any time. One Touch may suspend or terminate your account for violation of these Terms. Upon termination, your access to the Service will cease, but your data will be retained for 90 days before deletion.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Orange County, Florida.
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms. We will notify you of material changes via email or in-app notification.
